As a designer and recruiter, she brings 20+ years of experience in strategic talent acquisition, keeping DEI at the core of her work while partnering with small startups, design agencies and large corporate teams. She understands how hard it can be to find exceptional talent and the challenge of building productive teams.

We have curated a network of experienced talent, and consultants, and have continued to keep the bar high. Neiha has recruited talent across design, research, marketing, data science, legal, sales & business development, engineering & machine learning, recruiting & HR, project management as well as product management. That deep understanding is powerful.

Our passion lies in helping businesses grow through the power of design, technology, and talent. Our expertise lies in identifying new opportunities for business growth through people development. She's also a certified scuba diver, coffee snob, loves the outdoors, and experiments with new cooking recipes every now and then.
